Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Engineering, or Science)
Proven track record of accomplishment in implementing advanced technological solutions
Experience in data analysis and interpretation using state-of-the-art tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industries
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to Agroscope's services
Develop and implement advanced solutions to enhance and optimize existing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, providing actionable insights
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Agroscope's technological infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, actively participating in conferences and workshops
Serve as a technical advisor by providing expertise and guidance on technological matters
Contribute to the publication of research findings and scientific papers
Maintain accurate documentation of projects, methodologies, and observations
