Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop exciting vacation packages tailored to adventurous individuals and families.
Research and identify unique destinations, activities, and local experiences that align with our brand.
Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless operations for adventurous trips.
Collaborate with our marketing team to promote adventure tourism packages effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries from potential customers, addressing their specific preferences and requirements.
Maintain relationships with local suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best rates for accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Qualifications:

Passion for travel and adventure with knowledge of popular adventure destinations.
Experience in the tourism industry, including vacation package creation and coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
