About the Role:

Design and conceptualize innovative dance performances that reflect the academy's artistic vision.
Create visually stunning choreography, costumes, sets, and props to enhance the overall stage presentation.
Work closely with our team of dancers, choreographers, and creative directors to bring ideas to life.
Continuously explore new trends and techniques in the field of dance performance design.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as costume designers, lighting technicians, and stage directors, to ensure seamless execution of performances.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Contribute to the overall growth and development of the academy's artistic initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in dance performance design or related artistic fields.
Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, AutoCAD).
Strong artistic vision and ability to conceptualize ideas from inception to completion.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Passionate about dance and performing arts, with a deep understanding of various dance styles and genres.
Knowledge of technical aspects related to stage production, lighting, and sound design.
Flexibility to adapt to changing artistic demands and market trends.
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
