Job Opening: Environmental Steward
Pro Natura Thurgau is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Environmental Stewards. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and protecting the ecological balance in our region, ensuring the conservation of natural resources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ecological research and surveys to identify environmental issues
- Develop and implement conservation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to raise awareness and promote sustainable practices
- Monitor and manage protected areas to preserve biodiversity
- Educate and engage the community through workshops and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
- Passion for environmental conservation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
