Sustainable Farming Expert

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Jönköpings län, Sweden
Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and sustainable farming practices that reduce environmental impact and promote biodiversity.
Collaborate with local farmers to implement eco-friendly techniques, such as organic farming and precision agriculture.
Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in sustainable agriculture.
Advise on crop selection, pest management, water conservation, and soil health improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented sustainable farming strategies.

Requirements

A degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable farming practices and their implementation.
Strong knowledge of crop production, soil management, and integrated pest management.
Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis.
Passion for sustainability and a drive to make a positive impact.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
