We are hiring a dedicated and passionate individual to join Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park as a Sustainable Development Officer. As an esteemed organization committed to social responsibility and environmental conservation, we value individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to sustainable manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable manufacturing strategies in line with the organization's environmental goals.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes.
Research and propose innovative solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of manufacturing activities.
Monitor and evaluate the success of sustainability initiatives, and suggest improvements accordingly.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Provide training and guidance to employees regarding sustainable manufacturing practices and environmental awareness.
Establish partnerships with suppliers and other stakeholders to promote sustainable sourcing.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to sustainable manufacturing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, sustainability, or engineering.
Proven experience in implementing sustainable practices within a manufacturing context.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Passion for sustainability and commitment to minimizing environmental impacts.
Fluency in Italian and English.
