Job Opening: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our logistics and transportation team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and equipment throughout our hospital, contributing to the efficient operations of various departments.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and optimize the delivery of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals to different departments.
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess their logistics needs and provide recommendations.
Resolve logistical issues and communicate effectively with relevant parties.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Proficient in using logistics software and analytics tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well in a multicultural and inclusive environment.
