In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to create unforgettable moments for our guests by providing curated experiences tailored to their desires.

Responsibilities:

Develop personalized itineraries and agendas for guests based on their preferences and interests to ensure a tailored luxury experience.
Collaborate with local attractions, restaurants, and vendors to arrange exclusive access and special privileges for guests.
Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and reservations to exceed guest expectations.
Anticipate guests' needs and preferences to provide proactive and personalized service.
Ensure smooth execution of logistics for guest activities, including seamless communication with all parties involved.
Maintain excellent knowledge of the local area, attractions, and events to provide insightful recommendations.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire guest journey.

Requirements:

Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a related field, demonstrating an exceptional track record in curating unique experiences.
Passion for delivering personalized and exceptional service tailored to individual guests.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and partners.
Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards.
Proficient with modern reservation and customer relationship management systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
