Structural Solutions Specialist

In this position, you will play a critical role in optimizing our building processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and improving efficiency in our structural solutions. You will work closely with our engineering team, analyzing, and implementing innovative approaches to enhance our manufacturing processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to enhance structural solutions
Conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective manufacturing processes
Testing and evaluating solutions to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
Providing technical support and guidance to the production team
Identifying areas for improvement and proposing cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in building construction or related manufacturing fields
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and French; additional languages would be a plus
