Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can embrace the intersection of technology and tourism, blending them seamlessly to enhance the visitor experience at our festival. As an Experience Curator, you will be responsible for curating and implementing innovative strategies that integrate cutting-edge technologies with opera and cultural tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and implement emerging technological trends in tourism and entertainment
Develop and execute immersive experiences for festival attendees, intertwining technology, and cultural elements
Collaborate with the artistic team to incorporate innovative technologies into opera productions
Create interactive exhibits and installations to engage visitors through interactive storytelling
Manage and maintain digital platforms, including websites, apps, and virtual reality/augmented reality components
Conduct market research and monitor visitor feedback to continually improve the festival experience
Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers and tourism organizations
Organize workshops and educational programs to foster technological literacy in the tourism sector

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to tourism, technology, or arts management
Proven experience in utilizing technology to enhance visitor experiences in the tourism or entertainment industry
Knowledge of multimedia production, virtual reality, augmented reality, and interactive design
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
