Position: Rural Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

Deliver comprehensive support and guidance to agricultural communities in Pawnee County.
Develop and manage outreach programs tailored to the unique needs of farmers, ranchers, and rural residents.
Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Provide educational resources on agricultural health and safety practices.
Organize community events and workshops to promote wellness and health awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as agricultural sciences, rural development, or community health.
Prior experience working with agricultural communities is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
