Position: Sustainability and Diversity Advocate


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote environmentally friendly policies.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace, fostering a culture of respect and equal opportunities.
  • Create and lead awareness campaigns on social responsibility, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability efforts and diversity programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sustainability-related positions, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
  • Deep understanding of environmental regulations and best practices for sustainable operations.
  • Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion, with a strong commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategies and measure the impact of sustainability and diversity initiatives.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Master's degree in environmental science, business sustainability, or a related field.
