Position: Sustainability and Diversity Advocate

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives across the organization.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote environmentally friendly policies.
Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace, fostering a culture of respect and equal opportunities.
Create and lead awareness campaigns on social responsibility, both internally and externally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability efforts and diversity programs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sustainability-related positions, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
Deep understanding of environmental regulations and best practices for sustainable operations.
Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion, with a strong commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategies and measure the impact of sustainability and diversity initiatives.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Master's degree in environmental science, business sustainability, or a related field.
