Position: Sustainability and Diversity Advocate
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainable practices and initiatives across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote environmentally friendly policies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace, fostering a culture of respect and equal opportunities.
- Create and lead awareness campaigns on social responsibility, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability efforts and diversity programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sustainability-related positions, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Deep understanding of environmental regulations and best practices for sustainable operations.
- Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion, with a strong commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategies and measure the impact of sustainability and diversity initiatives.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Master's degree in environmental science, business sustainability, or a related field.
