Position: Pet Wellness Systems Engineer

Location: Baden-Württemberg, Germany, Headquarters

Your Responsibilities:

Design and develop cutting-edge systems to enhance pet well-being and care, leveraging advanced engineering principles and technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions for pet wellness into our product lines.
Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and advancements in the pets/animals industry.
Partner with external stakeholders to understand market needs and contribute to the development of next-generation pet care solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, guaranteeing the highest level of pet well-being in all products.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in system design and engineering, ideally within the pets/animals or related industry.
Demonstrated passion for animal welfare and a deep understanding of pet care needs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for continuous improvement and innovation.
