Role Overview:

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Assist customers in finding the perfect products that meet their requirements
Promote our wide range of offerings and upsell products to maximize sales
Create a positive and inspiring shopping environment for customers
Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policies
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail setting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
