Role Overview:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products that meet their requirements
- Promote our wide range of offerings and upsell products to maximize sales
- Create a positive and inspiring shopping environment for customers
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policies
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
