Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production strategies and optimize operations
Implement and maintain best practices for manufacturing processes
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for process improvement and ensure compliance with environmental standards
Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in manufacturing technology

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a manufacturing or operations role
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using manufacturing software and systems
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
Passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability
