Responsibilities:

Identify and implement environmentally friendly solutions across all retail channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives
Evaluate and optimize the environmental performance of our retail products and services
Conduct market research to identify emerging sustainable trends in the retail industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or related field
Proven experience in retail management or sales, preferably in a sustainability-focused role
Strong knowledge of sustainable retail practices and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
