Position: Artistic Muse Curator

We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Artistic Muse Curator. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing our art collection, with a focus on the intersection of art and healthcare. Your primary goal will be to create exhibitions and programs that showcase the healing power of art, while fostering a sense of community engagement and dialogue.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for the art collection, aligning it with healthcare themes and concepts without directly referencing healthcare.
Collaborate with artists, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to create meaningful and impactful exhibitions and events.
Research and acquire artwork that evokes emotions and inspires well-being, keeping in mind the diverse needs of our audience.
Organize and oversee the installation and maintenance of art exhibitions.
Conduct guided tours and educational programs to enhance visitors' understanding and appreciation of the artwork.
Identify potential funding sources and assist in grant writing to support ongoing gallery programs.
Maintain and update records of the art collection, including documentation of artist information and provenance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, or a related field.
Proven experience in curating art exhibitions and managing art collections.
Strong knowledge of art history, contemporary art, and the art market.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
