Position: Cultural Network Architect

As a Cultural Network Architect at RMIT University, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a vibrant multicultural online ecosystem. Your role will focus on fostering connections, engagement, and collaboration among individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement strategies to promote cultural exchange and understanding within our digital communities
Design and maintain a safe and inclusive digital environment for users
Develop engaging content and campaigns to facilitate community growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural initiatives into broader digital strategies
Monitor and analyze online trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Cultural Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in community management and online engagement
Strong understanding of cultural diversity and intercultural communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms
