Position: Eco-Solutions Engineer
As an Eco-Solutions Engineer at Acco Brands, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sustainable solutions across our operations. Your expertise in energy management and environmental practices will drive our company's commitments towards a greener future.
Responsibilities:
- Devise innovative strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices throughout our product lifecycle
- Conduct assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the implementation of energy-efficient systems and technologies
- Create and maintain sustainability metrics and reporting mechanisms
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy management, environmental engineering, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of sustainable practices, renewable energy, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in successfully implementing energy-saving initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Outstanding communication and project management abilities
