Position: Healing Arts Specialist

As a Healing Arts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our holistic approach to healthcare, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide transformative experiences to patients, offering them a path to rediscover their inner strength and joy.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement creative and therapeutic arts programs for patients.
Facilitate workshops, individual sessions, and group activities to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate the arts into patient care plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to track progress and make necessary adjustments to the program.
Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of arts in healthcare.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in using the arts for therapeutic purposes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy and compassion for patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in Swedish and English.
