As an Innovation Catalyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance and support in our mission to transform education and training practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing partnerships with educational institutions and industry experts
Conducting research and analysis to drive continuous improvement
Leading training sessions and workshops for employees
