Job Position: Nordic Outdoor Experience Curator

Your Role:

Design and curate unique Nordic outdoor experiences that showcase the region's natural wonders, cultural heritage, and authentic traditions
Create engaging itineraries and develop partnerships with local businesses to offer a diverse range of activities, including hiking, wildlife encounters, fishing, and more
Ensure safety measures are in place, conduct risk assessments, and provide timely guidance to guests and team members
Coordinate with accommodations, transportation providers, and local communities to ensure a seamless and immersive experience for our visitors
Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve our offerings based on customer insights and emerging trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Passion for nature, outdoor activities, and sustainable tourism
Strong knowledge of the Pohjois-Karjala region, its cultural heritage, and attractions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with visitors and foster positive relationships with local communities
Experience in organizing and leading outdoor excursions or adventure trips
First aid and wilderness safety certifications preferred
Proficiency in multiple languages would be advantageous
