Life Balance Specialist Responsibilities:

Design and implement activities and initiatives that promote work-life balance among our aviation/aerospace personnel.
Develop and deliver training programs on stress reduction, time management, and work-life integration.
Provide individual counseling and coaching services to employees, assisting them in achieving a healthy work-life balance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design policies and procedures that support work-life balance initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of work-life balance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to work-life balance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee assistance programs, counseling, or related roles.
Strong understanding of the aviation/aerospace industry and its unique challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide unbiased support to employees.
