Job Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support for all adventure-based activities offered by BMR Group.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.
Coordinate and schedule various adventure activities, maintaining a smooth operation.
Provide guidance to guests, ensuring their safety and adherence to activity guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

Passion for adventure and outdoor activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.
Fluency in English and French. Additional languages would be an asset.
