We have an exciting opening for a Strategic Engagement Specialist position that encompasses the dynamic field of strategic communications and audience engagement within the Media/Advertising/Entertainment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Devise and implement comprehensive strategic engagement plans to increase audience reach and brand visibility
Create and manage engaging content across various channels, including digital, print, and audiovisual mediums
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts
Identify new opportunities for partnership and sponsorship to enhance organizational growth
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to facilitate innovative audience engagement strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or brand management
Proven track record in developing and executing successful audience engagement initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
