Position: Supply Chain Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Supply Chain Specialist at BioTech Innovators, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our products and materials throughout the supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing inventory, optimizing transportation routes, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline our operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to maintain strong relationships
Analyze and improve transportation routes to minimize costs and enhance efficiencies
Oversee order fulfillment, tracking, and delivery to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the supply chain
Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven work experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using supply chain management software/tools
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
