We are searching for a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Infrastructure Development Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving various projects in Gauteng to enhance the region's services and facilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for infrastructure development projects in Gauteng.
Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and private sector partners.
Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide technical expertise and advice on infrastructure development matters.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in infrastructure services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning).
Proven experience in infrastructure development, preferably in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
