Position: Education and Development Specialist

Industry: Supporting Critical Services

Job Description:

Design and implement educational programs and training initiatives that support the professional development of our team members.
Detect and assess individual learning needs, creating personalized development plans.
Collaborate with experts and industry professionals to design and deliver specialized training modules.
Create engaging e-learning content, including videos, webinars, and online courses.
Maintain a library of educational resources and materials.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and discussions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Support employees in their career development by identifying advancement opportunities.
Provide guidance and coaching to individuals seeking career progression.

Qualifications:
