Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in terms of quality, cost, and resource utilization
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials
Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to relevant regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
