Job Overview

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment techniques.
Conduct interviews and assessment centers to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, background checks, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, both locally and internationally.

Requirements

Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with a focus on attracting top talent.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Proven track record in executing successful recruitment strategies to support business objectives.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience using applicant tracking systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
