As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our entrepreneurial drive, working alongside dynamic professionals dedicated to creating a healthier and more vibrant New York. Responsibilities:

Identify and foster partnerships with key stakeholders in the sports and entertainment community to drive mutually beneficial collaborations
Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to develop innovative initiatives
Create and execute business development plans to enhance the state's Sports/Entertainment sector
Research and propose policy changes that facilitate growth, accessibility, and inclusivity within the industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive marketing and outreach campaigns
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and cultivate strategic relationships
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and industry trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ambitious, self-motivated, and adaptable with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
