Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

Lead and execute strategic initiatives to foster community engagement and drive digital transformation within the organization.
Develop and implement innovative online campaigns and initiatives to enhance SLA's presence on various online platforms.
Create compelling and shareable content to engage our target audience.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, online feedback, and engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital strategies.
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and actively seek opportunities to enhance our digital capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and data.
