Inspire Positive Change as a Sustainable Farming Specialist:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sustainable Farming Specialist to help expand our initiatives in promoting a resilient agriculture system that respects the balance between production and the environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable farming strategies that conserve natural resources while optimizing crop yields.
Collaborate with local farmers to encourage the adoption of sustainable practices.
Provide guidance on improving soil health, water management, and biodiversity conservation.
Offer technical support on organic farming methods, regenerative agriculture, and agroecology.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to raise awareness about sustainable farming.
Contribute to ongoing research projects related to agriculture, climate change, and environmental impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Agronomy, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable farming and knowledge of agricultural practices.
Strong understanding of environmental conservation, biodiversity, and climate change.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Passion for sustainability, rural development, and the promotion of organic farming.
Dedication to promoting a harmonious relationship between agriculture and the environment.
Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.
