Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth knowledge of our craft beer products, including their brewing process, ingredients, and flavor profiles
Conduct professional beer tastings and educate customers on our offerings
Collaborate with our brewing team to create and refine new beer recipes
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect craft beer for their preferences
Maintain a clean and organized beer inventory, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stocked
Stay updated on current industry trends and developments

Requirements:

Prior experience working with craft beer or in the brewing industry
Passion for and extensive knowledge of different beer styles and flavors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
