About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation process
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Requirements:

Valid license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist
Proven experience in providing rehabilitation therapy
Excellent knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and compassion towards patients
Ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
