Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in discovering and attracting top talent to support our organization's ongoing growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who share our values and will contribute to promoting kindness in Singapore.

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract outstanding professionals
Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements, skills, and qualifications
Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members
Manage applicants' databases and track their progress through the recruitment pipeline
Continuously develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques using online platforms and social media
Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
