Job Title: Organic Orchard Manager
Position Overview:
- Lead our organic orchard operations and oversee sustainable cultivation practices.
- Develop and implement plans for planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Manage a team of skilled workers to ensure the successful growth and maintenance of the orchard.
- Maintain records of crop yields, expenses, and activities.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of organic farming techniques and sustainable agriculture.
- Proven experience in managing orchards, preferably including apple and pear varieties.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
