Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate innovative concepts, technologies, and strategies with potential for application in the field of violence and traumatic stress studies
  • Research and analyze trends, market developments, and customer needs to guide the development of new retail solutions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conceive, design, and implement innovative retail initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of retail projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging practices in the field of retail/sales


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in driving innovation within a retail/sales environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment
