Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate innovative concepts, technologies, and strategies with potential for application in the field of violence and traumatic stress studies
Research and analyze trends, market developments, and customer needs to guide the development of new retail solutions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conceive, design, and implement innovative retail initiatives
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of retail projects
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging practices in the field of retail/sales

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in driving innovation within a retail/sales environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment
