Responsibilities

Identify emerging trends and technologies in the agricultural industry, especially in relation to sustainability, crop management, and resource optimization.
Formulate and execute innovative strategies for integrating advanced technologies into agricultural operations.
Collaborate with external partners, including startups, research institutions, and government bodies, to foster partnerships and drive technological advancements.
Manage projects involving the implementation and adoption of cutting-edge agricultural solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Agronomy, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
Proven experience in agricultural technology, innovation management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the agricultural industry.
