About the Role:

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and statistical data to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our municipality's growth and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide valuable insights
Develop and implement market research methodologies and surveys
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and strategies based on data analysis
Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and management
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance decision-making processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or similar)
Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field
Strong knowledge of statistical software and data visualization tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to distill complex information into understandable and actionable recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills
