Contact Center Solutions Specialist

Role Description:

Utilize your strong industry knowledge to identify customer needs in the aviation/aerospace sector.
Develop and implement customized contact center solutions tailored to the unique requirements of aviation/aerospace companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and ongoing support to clients.
Conduct regular research on industry trends and emerging technologies to refine and enhance our solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the aviation/aerospace industry, with a focus on delivering contact center solutions.
Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, including cloud-based solutions, IVR, workforce management, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex situations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
