Position: Sports Equipment Development Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative and functional sports equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product concepts and specifications
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Create prototypes, perform testing, and make necessary modifications for product optimization
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications
- Support manufacturing processes, including cost analysis and quality control
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sports Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools
- Experience in designing and developing sports equipment or related products
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports equipment
