Position: Sports Equipment Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative and functional sports equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product concepts and specifications
Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Create prototypes, perform testing, and make necessary modifications for product optimization
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications
Support manufacturing processes, including cost analysis and quality control
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sports Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools
Experience in designing and developing sports equipment or related products
Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports equipment
