Position: Defense Operations Specialist

KG, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment and promoting a culture of health and safety across our organization. Although we do not directly mention Military/Security, this role aligns closely with related aspects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our employees, facilities, and assets
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for threat mitigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards
Manage crisis situations and coordinate emergency response activities
Create and execute safety awareness programs and training sessions
Stay updated on the latest industry developments and best practices in security and safety
Identify and address potential vulnerabilities through continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in security management, crisis management, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional) are advantageous
Fluent in both spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus
