About the Role - Business Success Manager

As a Business Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our franchise/chain operation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Developing and implementing strategic business plans to maximize revenue and market share
Providing operational support, guidance, and training to franchisees
Identifying and analyzing market trends to create competitive advantages
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing improvement initiatives
