Job Title: Global Compliance Associate

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with international regulations in the ceramics industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Assist in managing legal matters, including litigation, intellectual property, and corporate governance
Provide recommendations and guidance on legal compliance issues
Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
