Position: Innovation Lead

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and implement innovative solutions throughout the entire agricultural value chain.
Lead the development and execution of research projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and industry trends.
Identify emerging technologies and trends within the Agriculture/Rural sector, evaluating their potential applicability to our organization.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.
Establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including universities, research institutions, and technology providers.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading innovative projects within the Agriculture/Rural industry.
Deep understanding of emerging technologies, such as precision agriculture, IoT, AI, and big data analytics.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Passion for sustainability and knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices.
