We specialize in providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and currently, we have an exciting opening for a Technical Training Specialist in a highly specialized industry.

Job Description:

Design and implement technical training programs tailored to individuals with sensory impairments
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on a range of technical topics, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and proficiency
Collaborate with industry experts and professionals to develop relevant training material
Create accessible training materials using assistive technologies for blind and deaf individuals
Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees to ensure their progress and skill development

Requirements:

A background in engineering, mechanics, or a related technical field
Familiarity with aviation/aerospace principles and technologies
Experience in training and development, preferably in an inclusive environment
Knowledge of assistive technologies for individuals with sensory impairments
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt training techniques for diverse learners
