Your Role

As a Cultural Diversity Advocate, you will be responsible for:

Identifying and addressing potential sources of bias or discrimination
Working closely with HR to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices
Collaborating with employee resource groups to support cultural awareness and understanding
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of diversity and inclusion programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong understanding of cultural diversity and inclusion principles
Experience implementing diversity programs or initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
