Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role utilizing statistical analysis techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
