About the Role:

Sustainable Retail Solutions Specialist

As a Sustainable Retail Solutions Specialist at Smithfield Foods, you will play a crucial role in promoting environmentally friendly practices within the retail industry. Your focus will be on providing sustainable solutions to our retail partners, ensuring their businesses grow in accordance with our shared commitment to the environment.

Responsibilities:

Educate retail partners on sustainable practices and the benefits they bring to their businesses.
Collaborate with retail partners to develop, implement, and monitor sustainable initiatives.
Assist in creating marketing strategies to promote sustainable products and practices.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve sustainability performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to sustainability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, or related field.
Prior experience in sales or account management is preferred.
Knowledge of sustainable practices and their application in a retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
